Kairos
Air traffic control for your coding agents. What Kairos is, what it does by itself, and where each part of it is explained.
Kairos starts each coding session on the account with room, and tells you before one runs out. It watches every account your coding tools use (Claude Code first, and Codex, Cursor, Grok, Copilot, Kiro, Antigravity and Devin as far as each tool lets it), plans the week so that capacity you pay for is not left to expire, and keeps an eye on the sessions themselves: the ones waiting on you, the ones using far more than usual, and what they leave on disk.
Everything Kairos reads stays on your Mac. The privacy page lists the few things that leave it, and only when you turn them on.
Where Kairos runs
| Where | What it is | Read |
|---|---|---|
| Mac | The app: a window with a sidebar, a menu bar glance and Settings. It runs the engine in the background. | Kairos's window |
| iPhone and iPad | Kairos Code: the same screens, read from your Mac over your Wi-Fi, or through a relay that cannot read them. | iPhone and iPad |
| Browser | The dashboard at http://127.0.0.1:47615, on the Mac only. |

| Terminal | claude-rotation, the command line every screen is built on. |

Start
- Install Kairos and let it set itself up.
- Read the ideas behind it: accounts, limits, windows, rotation and the week plan.
- Add your accounts on Accounts, then leave Kairos to it.
The screens
- Today: the active account, what comes next, sessions that need you, insights and the day's charts.
- Accounts: every tool's accounts in one list, and the plan rotation follows.
- Sessions: who is running what, and what each session is doing now.
- History: how each account's limits moved.
- Week ahead: how the limits cover the week's forecast.
- GitHub Actions, Repositories and Hardware: what the sessions cost, leave behind and use of the Mac.
- Laurels: the week, scored.
- Settings: every switch.
What Kairos does without being asked
Kairos does its chores itself and says what it did: it rotates accounts, plans the week, keeps caps, starts 5-hour windows early, pauses sessions before a limit, runs work put off for later and the Night Shift, hands work to another tool when one runs out, opens each account's Chrome, keeps copies of pages, holds GitHub Actions under a daily limit and asks sessions about unusual use. It still asks before anything that reaches outside your Mac.
