iPhone and iPad
Welcome and the tour
What Kairos Code shows the first time it opens on an iPhone or iPad, the four tour cards, and the Connect your Mac screen.
Kairos Code opens on a short tour, then on Connect your Mac. It never shows invented data in the app you install: until a Mac is paired, it shows how Kairos works and how to pair.
The tour
Four cards. Continue goes on; Skip goes straight to Connect your Mac.
| Card | What it says |
|---|---|
| Your Mac's coding sessions, here | Kairos for Mac runs your Claude Code and Codex sessions across your accounts. Kairos Code shows them wherever you are. |
| What needs you | Today says when a session waits for your answer, an account is running low, or a window is about to reset. |
| Every account's room | See what each account has left this window and this week, and how the week ahead looks. |
| Only between you and your Mac | No sign-in, no ads, no analytics. At home it reads your Mac over Wi-Fi; away, through a relay that cannot read it. |
Connect your Mac
"Kairos Code shows the sessions and accounts Kairos runs on your Mac."
- Get Kairos for Mac — or Send the link to your Mac, which shares kairos.matihlabs.com to open there.
- "On the Mac, open Kairos › Settings › iPhone and iPad, then Pair iPhone or iPad…"
- "Scan its code with this iPhone." (or iPad)
Pair with Your Mac opens the scanner. See Pairing.
Later
- Take the Tour Again, on the Connect screen, replays the cards.
- Settings › About › How Kairos Code Works does the same once paired.
